Dieser Widerspruch wird gern als formloser Widerspruuch bezeichnet und sollte keine Begr&uuml;ndung, auch keine einzelnen Argumente, enthalten!<\/p>\n<h3>Wann ist im Zusammenhang mit einem Pflegegrad ein formloser Widerspruch sinnvoll?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sie haben einen Erstantrag auf Pflegeleistungen gestellt und die Pflegekasse hat diesen mit schriftlichem Bescheid abgelehnt<\/li>\n<li>Sie haben einen Erstantrag auf Pflegeleistungen gestellt und die Pflegekasse hat diesen mit schriftlichem Bescheid, aus Ihrer Sicht mit einem zu geringen Pflegegrad best&auml;tigt<\/li>\n<li>Die Pflegekasse hat Ihnen nach einem H&ouml;herstufungantrag durch schriftlichen Bescheid den gleichen Pflegegrad best&auml;tigt wie vorher<\/li>\n<li>Die Pflegekasse hat Ihnen nach einem H&ouml;herstufungantrag durch schriftlichen Bescheid den vorhandenen Pflegegrad sogar reduziert oder ggf. vollst&auml;ndig entzogen <em>(kommt selten vor)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Seitens der Pflegekasse kommt es zu einer Wiederholungsbegutachtung und der nachfolgende Bescheid best&auml;tigt keinen oder einen zu geringen Pflegegrad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kurz- und Gut: Ein formloser Widerspruch lohnt sich im Zusammenhang mit einen Pflegegrad immer dann, wenn Sie anderer Meinung sind, als die Pflegekasse Ihnen best&auml;tigt hat.<\/p>\n<h3>Vorteile des formlosen Widerspruchs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Einhaltung der Monatsfrist<\/li>\n<li>Verhinderung vorschneller (emotionaler) Argumente<\/li>\n<li>Die Reduzierung des empfundenen Drucks durch eine einzuhaltende Frist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nachteile des formlosen Widerspruchs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Es gibt keinen einzigen Nachteil!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Falls Sie nach einem formlosen Widerspruch keine Widerspruchsbegr&uuml;ndung bei der Pflegekasse einreichen k&ouml;nnen oder wollen und es f&uuml;r Sie auch nicht in Frage kommt, professionelle Hilfe durch einen unabh&auml;ngigen Sachverst&auml;ndigen anzunehmen, k&ouml;nnen Sie jederzeit den Widerspruch zur&uuml;ckziehen.
