Wurde Ihr Pflegegrad abgelehnt,&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Pflegegrad abgelehnt<\/a>, bescheinigt Ihnen die zust&auml;ndige Pflegekasse das mit einem entsprechenden Bescheid. Die Grundlage des Bescheids der Pflegekasse, ist das zuvor angefertigte Gutachten vom &bdquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/medizinischer-dienst-der-krankenversicherung-mdk\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Warum hei&szlig;t es hier noch MDK und nicht MD? Inzwischen&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Medizinischer Dienst der Krankenversicherung (MDK)<\/a>&ldquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Gegen den Bescheid der Pflegekasse k&ouml;nnen Sie innerhalb eines Monats Widerspruch einlegen. Diese M&ouml;glichkeit sollten Sie <strong>auf jeden Fall nutzen<\/strong>! Zur&uuml;cknehmen k&ouml;nnten Sie einen solchen Widerspruch immer noch.<\/p>\n<h2>Pflegegrad abgelehnt in Stichpunkten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Antrag auf Leistungen bei der Pflegekasse<\/li>\n<li>Begutachtung durch den MDK (bzw. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/medicproof\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Medicproof - der medizinische Dienst der Privaten Als Tochterunternehmen des&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">MEDICPROOF<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Gutachten des MDK wird, meist innerhalb von zwei Werktagen, der Pflegekasse zur Verf&uuml;gung gestellt<\/li>\n<li>Pflegekasse erstellt einen ablehnenden Bescheid<\/li>\n<li>Widerspruch formlos (<strong>ohne Begr&uuml;ndung!<\/strong>) innerhalb eines Monats an die Pflegekasse<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/anfrage-widerspruch-pflegegrad\/\">Unterst&uuml;tzung unabh&auml;ngiger Sachverst&auml;ndiger (w\/m) beanspruchen<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Somit bleibt festzuhalten, dass die Ablehnung eines Pflegegrades zwar mit dem Bescheid der Pflegekasse amtlich wird, aber eigentlich durch das anzuzweifelnde Gutachten des MDK zustande gekommen ist.
