Zudem liegen auch sprachliche Besonderheiten und Einschr&auml;nkungen, vor allen der Sprachentwicklung, aber auch der pragmatischen Anwendung von Sprache vor.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Quelle Prof. Dr. med. Freitag, Frankfurt)<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Autismus als Oberbegriff<\/h3>\n<p>Grunds&auml;tzlich wird zwischen den drei nachfolgenden medizinischen Diagnosen unterschieden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fr&uuml;hkindlicher Autismus<\/li>\n<li>Asperger-Syndrom<\/li>\n<li>Atypischer Autismus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pflegegrad mit Autismus<\/h3>\n<p>Die Einf&uuml;hrung der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/pflegegrade\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Mit Einf&uuml;hrung der Pflegeversicherung in Deutschland im Jahr 1995 gab&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Pflegegrade<\/a> sollte gerade f&uuml;r Menschen mit sogenannten kognitiven Einschr&auml;nkungen alles verbessern und den Zugang auf Leistungen der Pflegeversicherung erleichtern.
