B. Umbauma&szlig;nahmen und\/oder technische Hilfen im Haushalt (&sect; 40 Abs. 4 SGB XI). (2) Finanzielle Zusch&uuml;sse f&uuml;r Ma&szlig;nahmen zur Verbesserung des individuellen Wohnumfeldes des Pflegebed&uuml;rftigen k&ouml;nnen gew&auml;hrt werden, wenn dadurch im Einzelfall&nbsp;die h&auml;usliche Pflege:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>&uuml;berhaupt erst erm&ouml;glicht wird<\/li>\r\n<li>die h&auml;usliche Pflege erheblich erleichtert und damit eine &Uuml;berforderung der Leistungskraft des Pflegebed&uuml;rftigen und der Pflegenden verhindert oder<\/li>\r\n<li>eine m&ouml;glichst selbst&auml;ndige Lebensf&uuml;hrung des Pflegebed&uuml;rftigen wiederhergestellt, also die Abh&auml;ngigkeit von personeller Hilfe verringert wird.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Dabei sind die Ma&szlig;nahmen zur Verbesserung des individuellen Wohnumfeldes nicht nur auf den Ausgleich und die Aufrechterhaltung der Selbst&auml;ndigkeit oder der Beeintr&auml;chtigung der F&auml;higkeiten i. S. des &sect; 14 SGB XI bzw. auf die Herbeif&uuml;hrung der Entbehrlichkeit solcher Hilfeleistungen beschr&auml;nkt. Die Pflegekassen k&ouml;nnen bis zu einem Betrag von 4.000,00 EUR je Ma&szlig;nahme im Rahmen ihres Ermessens Zusch&uuml;sse gew&auml;hren. Hierbei handelt es sich um:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Ma&szlig;nahmen, die eine Anpassung der konkreten Wohnumgebung an die Bed&uuml;rfnisse des pflegebed&uuml;rftigen Menschen bezwecken und deshalb in einer anderen Wohnumgebung nicht notwendigerweise ben&ouml;tigt werden (z. B. Treppenlifter, Aufz&uuml;ge, Einbau von Fenstern mit Griffen in rollstuhlgerechter H&ouml;he)<\/li>\r\n<li>Ma&szlig;nahmen, die mit wesentlichen Eingriffen in die Bausubstanz verbunden&nbsp;sind und damit der Geb&auml;udesubstanz auf Dauer hinzugef&uuml;gt werden (z. B. T&uuml;rverbreiterung, fest installierte Rampen, Erstellung von Wasseranschl&uuml;ssen bei der Herstellung von hygienischen Einrichtungen, Austausch der Badewanne durch eine bodengleiche Dusche)<\/li>\r\n<li>technische Hilfen im Haushalt (Ein- und Umbau von Mobiliar, das entsprechend den Erfordernissen der Pflegesituation individuell hergestellt oder umgestaltet wird, z. B. motorisch betriebene Absenkung von K&uuml;chenh&auml;ngeschr&auml;nken).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3>Unsere Kernkompetenz seit 1998<\/h3>\r\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!--
