{"id":2261,"date":"2019-02-05T11:59:54","date_gmt":"2019-02-05T09:59:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/?post_type=encyclopedia&#038;p=2261"},"modified":"2020-01-08T18:22:34","modified_gmt":"2020-01-08T16:22:34","slug":"entlastungsbetrag","status":"publish","type":"encyclopedia","link":"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/entlastungsbetrag\/","title":{"rendered":"Entlastungsbetrag"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Einleitung<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Alle Pflegebed&uuml;rftigen (Pflegegrad 1 bis 5) in h&auml;uslicher Pflege haben einen Anspruch auf einen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/entlastungsbetrag\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Einleitung Alle Pflegebed&uuml;rftigen (Pflegegrad 1 bis 5) in h&auml;uslicher Pflege&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Entlastungsbetrag<\/a> in H&ouml;he von bis zu 125 Euro monatlich. Nicht in Anspruch genommene Betr&auml;ge k&ouml;nnen in das folgende Kalenderhalbjahr &uuml;bertragen werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Verwendung des Entlastungsbetrags<\/h3>\n<p>Der Betrag dient der Erstattung von Aufwendungen im Zusammenhang mit der Inanspruchnahme der nachfolgenden Leistungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Leistungen der Tages- oder Nachtpflege<\/li>\n<li>Leistungen der Kurzzeitpflege<\/li>\n<li>Hilfen bei der Haushaltsf&uuml;hrung als Sachleistung (h&auml;usliche Pflegehilfe) &sect; 36 SGB XI<\/li>\n<li>Leistungen der nach Landesrecht anerkannten Angebote zur Unterst&uuml;tzung im Alltag im Sinne &sect; 45a SGB XI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Entsprechende Unternehmen f&uuml;r Ihren Wohnort nennt Ihnen ihre Pflegekasse<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Dieser Betrag wird nicht wie das Pflegegeld ausgezahlt. Es handelt sich beim Entlastungsbetrag um eine reine Sachleistung.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Besonderheit bei Pflegegrad 1<\/h3>\n<p>Normalerweise d&uuml;rfen die Entlastungsleistungen nicht als Sachleistung f&uuml;r z. B. k&ouml;rperbezogene Pflegema&szlig;nahmen verwendet\/abgerechnet werden, da diese zweckgebunden (siehe oben) sind.<\/p>\n<p>Da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/pflegebeduerftige\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Einleitung Pflegebed&uuml;rftige Pflegebed&uuml;rftige gibt es eigentlich gar nicht. Die korrekte&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Pflegebed&uuml;rftige<\/a> erst ab Pflegegrad 2 einen Anspruch auf Sachleistungen haben, steht Menschen mit einem Pflegegrad 1 diese &ldquo;k&ouml;rperliche&rdquo; Unterst&uuml;tzung durch einen Pflegedienst nicht zur Verf&uuml;gung. Um dies, in gewisser Weise, doch zu unterst&uuml;tzen, d&uuml;rfen Pflegedienste bei Pflegebed&uuml;rftigen mit einem Pflegegrad 1 offiziell auch k&ouml;rperbezogene Pflegema&szlig;nahmen verrichten und entsprechend mit der Pflegekasse abrechnen.<\/p>\n<h3>Ausnahmen zur H&ouml;he des Entlastungsbetrags<\/h3>\n<p>Alle pflegebed&uuml;rftigen Personen, die bereits vor dem 01. Januar 2017, eine Pflegestufe mit der gleichzeitigen Anerkennung einer eingeschr&auml;nkten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/alltagskompetenz\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Eingeschr&auml;nkte Alltagskompetenz in der Pflegeversicherung In den Begutachtungsrichtlinien g&uuml;ltig bis&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Alltagskompetenz<\/a> im erh&ouml;hten Ma&szlig;e hatten, erhalten zus&auml;tzlich zu den 125 EUR einen Besitzstandbetrag in H&ouml;he von 83 EUR. Rechnerisch erh&auml;lt dieser Personenkreis somit einen Anspruch auf 208 EUR Entlastungsbetrag pro Monat.<\/p>\n<p>Da der Entlastungsbetrag mit Einf&uuml;hrung der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/pflegegrade\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Mit Einf&uuml;hrung der Pflegeversicherung in Deutschland im Jahr 1995 gab&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Pflegegrade<\/a> im Jahr 2017, unbh&auml;ngig von der H&ouml;he des Pflegegradesm jedem Pflegebed&uuml;rftigen zur Verf&uuml;gung steht, w&auml;re es andernfalls eine
