B. Hemiplegikern) angewandt. Aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht ist das Bobath-Konzept im Grunde genommen umstritten und der Erfolg ist fraglich. Dennoch wird das Bobath-Konzept weltweit h&auml;ufig eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Grunds&auml;tzlich (und einfach ausgedr&uuml;ckt) geht es beim Bobath-Konzept um die F&auml;higkeit des menschlichen Gehirns &bdquo;neues zu erlernen&ldquo;! Somit wird behauptet, und das Ziel verfolgt, dass z. B. gesunde Hirnregionen die Aufgaben abgestorbener Hinregionen erlernen und somit &uuml;bernehmen k&ouml;nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Namensgeber des Bobath-Konzepts sind &uuml;brigens die Physiotherapeutin Berta Bobath und Ihr Ehemann der Neurologe und Kinderarzt Karel Bobath. Der Beginn der Entwicklung geht zur&uuml;ck bis in das Jahr 1943.<\/p>\n<h2>\nZusammenfassung der Ziele des Bobath-Konzeptes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Verhindern von Schmerzen<\/li>\n<li>(Wieder)-Erlernen verlorengegangener Bewegungsf&auml;higkeiten<\/li>\n<li>Verhindern von Kontrakturen<\/li>\n<li>Erh&ouml;hen der Selbst&auml;ndigkeit und Sicherheit in allt&auml;glichen Situationen<\/li>\n<li>Entwicklung der K&ouml;rpersymmetrie und des Gef&uuml;hles von K&ouml;rpermitte<\/li>\n<li>Hemmung der Spastizit&auml;t und der abnormen Haltungs- und Bewegungsmuster<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung der hemiplegischen Seite in Koordination mit der gesunden Seite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um die oben aufgef&uuml;hrten Ziele erreichen zu k&ouml;nnen muss jede Kontaktperson mit in das Konzept einbezogen werden (welche Hand wird gehalten, von welcher Seite kommt die Person, usw.). Auch die Gestaltung des Zimmers z.
