{"id":2192,"date":"2018-11-13T17:07:01","date_gmt":"2018-11-13T15:07:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/?post_type=encyclopedia&#038;p=2192"},"modified":"2020-05-07T11:25:14","modified_gmt":"2020-05-07T09:25:14","slug":"koerpernahe-hilfsmittel","status":"publish","type":"encyclopedia","link":"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/koerpernahe-hilfsmittel\/","title":{"rendered":"K\u00f6rpernahe Hilfsmittel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hierunter versteht man beispielsweise das An- und Ablegen von Prothesen, kieferorthop&auml;dische Apparaturen; Orthesen, Brille, H&ouml;rger&auml;t oder Kompressionsstr&uuml;mpfen (inkl. deren Reinigung).<\/p>\n<p>Laut neuem Begutachtungsassessment muss der Gutachter (m\/w) ermitteln, ob <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/koerpernahe-hilfsmittel\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Hierunter versteht man beispielsweise das An- und Ablegen von Prothesen,&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">k&ouml;rpernahe Hilfsmittel<\/a> zu Anwendung kommen und ob die antragstellende Person diese Hilfsmittel selber an- und ablegen kann.<\/p>\n<p>F&uuml;r die Ermittlung der gewichteten Punkte im Modul 5 sind bei zweimaliger Hilfe beim An- und Ablegen durch einen Angeh&ouml;rigen oder den Mitarbeiter (m\/w) eines Pflegedienstes&nbsp; f&uuml;nf gewichtete Punkte festzustellen.
