Dazu geh&ouml;ren vor allem das (scheinbar) ziellose Umhergehen in der Wohnung oder der Einrichtung und der Versuch desorientierter Personen, ohne Begleitung die Wohnung, Einrichtung zu verlassen oder Orte aufzusuchen, die f&uuml;r diese Person unzug&auml;nglich sein sollten, z. B. Treppenhaus, Zimmer anderer Bewohner. Ebenso zu ber&uuml;cksichtigen ist allgemeine Rastlosigkeit in Form von st&auml;ndigem Aufstehen und Hinsetzen oder Hin- und Herrutschen auf dem Sitzplatz oder im und aus dem Bett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">Dabei handelt es sich um eines der recht vielen Kriterien, die durchaus h&auml;ufig untersch&auml;tzt werden. Denn die Bezeichnung &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/motorisch-gepraegte-verhaltensauffaelligkeiten\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Dieses Kriterium fasst verschiedene Verhaltensweisen zusammen. Dazu geh&ouml;ren vor allem&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Motorisch gepr&auml;gte Verhaltensauff&auml;lligkeiten<\/a>&rdquo; klingt irgendwie fast schon hamlos. In der praktischen Pflege einer Person kann es aber Nerven und noch mehr Zeit beanspruchen, mit den Symptomen dieser Verhaltensauff&auml;lligkeiten fertig zu werden. Im Pflegealltag bleibt meistens lediglich die situative &ldquo;Bereinigung&rdquo; des gerade in diesem Moment geschehenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">Derzeit laufen einige Studien\/Konzepte, die Pflegekr&auml;ften zuk&uuml;nftig dabei helfen sollen, diese Verhaltensweisen positiv zu beeinflussen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600;text-transform:uppercase\">Welche Motorisch gep&auml;gte Verhaltensauff&auml;lligkeiten gibt es?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">Motorisch gepr&auml;gte Verhaltensauff&auml;lligkeiten sind Verhaltensst&ouml;rungen, die sich haupts&auml;chlich durch motorische Probleme und Auff&auml;lligkeiten manifestieren. Diese Auff&auml;lligkeiten k&ouml;nnen sich auf verschiedene Bereiche beziehen, wie zum Beispiel die Fein- oder Grobmotorik, die Koordination oder die K&ouml;rperhaltung.<br><br>Einige Beispiele f&uuml;r motorisch gepr&auml;gte Verhaltensauff&auml;lligkeiten sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:22px\">Entwicklungsst&ouml;rungen der Motorik: Kinder mit Entwicklungsst&ouml;rungen der Motorik haben Schwierigkeiten bei der Entwicklung ihrer motorischen F&auml;higkeiten. Sie k&ouml;nnen Probleme mit der Koordination, dem Gleichgewicht oder der Feinmotorik haben.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:22px\">Tic-St&ouml;rungen: Tic-St&ouml;rungen sind durch unwillk&uuml;rliche, pl&ouml;tzliche und wiederholte Bewegungen oder Laut&auml;u&szlig;erungen gekennzeichnet. Beispiele f&uuml;r Tics sind Augenzwinkern, Kopfsch&uuml;tteln oder unkontrollierte Ger&auml;usche.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:22px\">Hyperaktivit&auml;t: Hyperaktivit&auml;t ist durch &uuml;berm&auml;&szlig;ige motorische Aktivit&auml;t und Unruhe gekennzeichnet. Kinder mit Hyperaktivit&auml;t k&ouml;nnen Schwierigkeiten haben, still zu sitzen, impulsiv zu handeln und ihre Bewegungen zu kontrollieren.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:22px\">Dyspraxie: Dyspraxie ist eine St&ouml;rung der motorischen Planung und Ausf&uuml;hrung. Betroffene haben Schwierigkeiten, Bewegungen zu planen und auszuf&uuml;hren, was zu ungeschicktem Verhalten und Koordinationsproblemen f&uuml;hren kann.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:22px\">Stereotype Bewegungen: Stereotype Bewegungen sind repetitive und scheinbar zwecklose Bewegungen, die h&auml;ufig bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/autismus\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Autismus-Spektrum-St&ouml;rung Autismus-Spektrum-St&ouml;rungen sind tiefgreifende Entwicklungsst&ouml;rungen, die u. a. durch ein&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Autismus<\/a>-Spektrum-St&ouml;rungen auftreten. Beispiele f&uuml;r stereotype Bewegungen sind Handflattern, K&ouml;rperwippen oder Fingerfummeln.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">Motorisch gepr&auml;gte Verhaltensauff&auml;lligkeiten k&ouml;nnen die allt&auml;glichen Aktivit&auml;ten und das soziale Leben der Betroffenen sehr beeintr&auml;chtigen.
