Es handelt sich dabei um das Regelwerk, also das neue Begtuachtungsinstrument, zur Feststellung von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/pflegebeduerftigkeit\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Einleitung Pflegebed&uuml;rftigkeit Pflegebed&uuml;rftigkeit betrifft inzwischen deutlich mehr als 3,5 Millionen&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Pflegebed&uuml;rftigkeit<\/a>. Korrekterweise wird mit diesem Regelwerk die Beeintr&auml;chtigungen der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/selbststaendigkeit\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Definition:In der Bewertung von Pflegebed&uuml;rftigkeit bezieht sich der Begriff Selbstst&auml;ndigkeit&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Selbstst&auml;ndigkeit<\/a> oder der F&auml;higkeiten in sechs Lebensbereichen (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/module\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Die Module und der Pflegegrad Ma&szlig;geblich f&uuml;r das Vorliegen von&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Module<\/a>) ermittelt.<\/p>\n<p>Das NBA ersetzte zu Beginn des Jahres 2017 die alten Richtlinien zur Begutachtung von Pflegebed&uuml;rftigkeit (BRi).<\/p>\n<p>Das neue Begutachtungsinstrument zur Feststellung von Pflegebed&uuml;rftigkeit (NBA) umfasst aktuell etwa 240 DIN-A4-Seiten und beschreibt darin u. a. detalliert nach welchen Regeln die Einstufung in einen der f&uuml;nf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/pflegegrade\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Mit Einf&uuml;hrung der Pflegeversicherung in Deutschland im Jahr 1995 gab&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Pflegegrade<\/a> vorzunehmen ist. Gutachter(innen) der Gutachterdienste der gesetzlichen (MDK) und privaten (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/glossar\/medicproof\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Medicproof - der medizinische Dienst der Privaten Als Tochterunternehmen des&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">MEDICPROOF<\/a>) Pflegekassen m&uuml;ssen sich an diese Regeln und danach ein entsprechendes Formulargutachten anfertigen.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Formulargutachten f&uuml;hren dann zum Bescheid der jweiligen Pflegekasse und entscheiden somit &uuml;ber die H&ouml;he eines Pflegegrades und zuk&uuml;nftigen Leistungen der Pflegekasse eines jeden einzelnen Pflegebed&uuml;rftigen.<\/p>\n<p>Kommt es nach einem solchen Bescheid dann zu einem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwpn.de\/pflegenetzwerk\/mit-widerspruch-zum-gerechten-pflegegrad\/\">Widerspruchsverfahren<\/a>, richtet sich das Verfahren streng genommen, gegen das Gutachten des MDK und lediglich formal gegen den Bescheid der Pflegekasse.
